Shuttering Plywood (IS 4990 Certified)

Our Shuttering Grade Plywood is built from selected hardwood species, treated under vacuum pressure to ensure maximum protection against borers, insects, and fungi. These veneers are bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin using a multi-daylight hydraulic hot press, delivering high bonding strength and allowing for repeated usage without compromise.

BLOCKBOARDS

Exterior Grade Commercial Blockboard (BWP COM, IS 1659 Certified)

At Renaissance, our Exterior Grade Commercial Blockboards (BWP COM) are crafted from solid wood planks, carefully treated under vacuum pressure with wood preservatives. These planks are kiln-dried to achieve optimal moisture content before being processed into uniform strips. The strips are then assembled into battens, cross-banded with rotary peeled veneers, and bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin.

Our blockboards offer strength and durability, even in high-humidity areas, making them perfect for both residential and commercial applications.
